At Modified Logic, our approach to customer service is simple – make our customers happy, period.

As someone who has worked in customer service for years – and being a customer myself – just like you, I have a high standard of what you can expect from my team.

I mean, let’s face it….we have all had a poor customer experience. I too have felt the frustration with unreturned phone calls or emails, unknowledgeable personnel, and encounters that have left me deflated. Time and time again, I hear other companies give excuses of why expectations were not met. We have all heard the “it’s out of my control” excuse in an attempt to pass blame to someone/something else, the “that’s above my pay-grade” excuse in an attempt to be humorous (which no one ever thinks is funny), or even worse – excuses that attempt to assign blame back to the customer. When expectations have not been met by a company, excuses never provide a solution – the appropriate remedy is acknowledgement of the issue at hand, genuinely understanding the frustrations of the client, and taking immediate action to resolve the problem. I have always encouraged my team to be action-oriented, to take ownership of what they can, and to make it right for the customer. Then, always follow-up to be sure they are satisfied with the end result and that there is nothing we missed.
